Raquel has dedicated nearly two decades to education, spanning from preschool to college levels. She is a Nationally Certified School Psychologist (NCSP) and holds a Licensed Specialist in School Psychology (LSSP) credential. With a background in Psychology and advanced degrees in School Psychology (Psy.S.), she has spent 15 years in various school administration roles. She has been instrumental in supporting schools with social-emotional learning, academic and behavioral Multi-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS), and implementing programmatic changes to enhance inclusivity while managing budgets creatively. Her supervisory experience covers Program Specialists, Special Education teachers, SLP/SLPAs, School Psychologists and Interns, Social Workers, Mental Health Therapists, Occupational Therapists, Adaptive Physical Education teachers, Parent Educators, MTSS Coordinators, 504 Coordinators, and clerical staff. Raquel is also certified to train in Restorative Practices and evaluate School Climate Health.
